Hi, we're Josue and Taniya Flores, the team behind JMD Dream Builders. Construction has been a part of our life for a long time. For Josue, it started with a passion for building at a young age and eventually turned into more than 15 years of hands-on experience in residential, commercial, and development construction.
In 2021, we officially launched JMD Dream Builders with the goal of building not just beautiful spaces, but lasting relationships along the way.
We know construction projects can sometimes feel stressful or overwhelming, so we do our best to make the process feel smooth, personal, and collaborative from start to finish.
As a family-owned company, we value long-term relationships and take pride in being personally involved throughout every stage of the process, from concept to completion.
Over the years, many of our clients have become like extended family to us. Somewhere between the meetings, design changes, site visits, and "just one more small adjustment," those relationships become one of the best parts of what we do.
We truly value communication, trust, and feedback because we believe the best projects happen when everyone feels heard, understood, and excited throughout the journey.
